the writing is on the wall.
you lucky to get 10 cent in a dollar.
they will try to delay inevitable.
this cannot possible end well.
its the sad truth.
they need to answer for how quickly then went from full steam a head to delayed decision.
One may conclude that they were always banking on lower nickel price for the excuses.
