Yes they do and yes it isn't a level playing field but why is anyone surprised or offended?
There is no way I can compete for long as a low capital retail investor in that market (short term trading) so I don't.
Short term it *is* the wild west and *everyone* is out to make money off anyone who they can outwit. That is what short term trading is about (IMO). You are trying to outwit others to make money off them.
Demanding the big kids play nicely so you can rip off the littler kids - well - good luck
No one is asking you to be a day trader or short term player.
If you don't like how rough the big kids play, don't play in their playground.
If you don't like how the big players play, don't bet on the market short term.
(All the above is just my opinion and not meant to be a put down - I understand that other's see the world differently - that is just how I see it)
