Its all about TGA approval. From what I understand the TGA do not approve MM medicine at this time. So pressure from GP's prescribing unregistered MM under the Special Access Scheme will cause a change ..hence HL Pharma with its import license.... then clinical trials can begin and then TGA approval. TGA approval will be the responsibility of MGC as the manufacturer not HL Pharma as the importer / distributor. HL Pharma will need the GMP to be able to import.
Is this correct from your understanding? Happy to be educated if not.
