As per the announcement of the 14th of November payment was to be made to MGC within five days of the purchase order being made. So, assuming the purchase order was made on the 14th, VC had until the 21st to send payment. And on my reading of the announcement that means they had until that day to SEND payment. Not that payment had to be RECEIVED by that date.
