I told them that I'm a share holder, that I had the anti ageing cream gift box in my cart prior to the new year, however was made aware of the new launch for their psoriasis cream, waited till after the new year however didn't realize the discount ended. They gave me that code to enter at the check out. They may do the same for you
I probably didn't need to say all of this (which was true). They may have just given it.
