I've been puzzling over why the big buyers of tox shares aren't buying the options at a discount.

You can exercise whenever you want - - assuming it takes about a week or so to convert the options to shares, anyone buying tox with an intention of holding onto them for longer than a week would be nuts not to buy the options.

I know that the concept of company options is a little strange for beginners but all these big buyers of million share plus parcels of tox should try to wrap their brain around the concept!

The pricing of company options always seems very erratic to me -- some options always seem to trade at a discount e.g. tox, klm, ald, mrs, while others trade at a ridiculously high premium.
