Looks like I called this turn with my research.
Will put up something on FML + CRE for all when I get something back from Don T - then perhaps it will come in the form of a new FML presentation and I just comment. Top 5 producer - excellent! The hard questions will be covered I am sure but we all need to see the risks mitigated effectively and the upside sold to the market correctly for this to be called a success - the the SP has to rise!!
My take on macro events lately -
Greece a given (sorted so why all the fuss they HAVE to sort!!! So will DO), media noise!!! Doom and gloom at market bottoms - hence I am enjoying their show.
Chinese foot off the brakes a little, move to neutral will turn sentiment soon and...
US coming home will set the tone for reducing costs in the months to come - when debt ceiling has to be re-negotiated again...
Not all smooth on horizon but the big crash - NOT NOW IMHO - we will see how right I have been soon enough.
