I was scratching my head too Possum. Sometimes the herd mentality can work for us but more often than not, no. Wouldn't have occurred so much in the days when you had to deal through a full service broker whose reaction would have been "what the hell are you thinking?". Times have indeed moved on in terms of easy access to the share market however I'm still undecided if it is for the better. However, I digress..
I think we all know what the date is tomorrow. I suspect that things won't be finalised by then which is fine by me, just so long as the exclusivity period is extended as well. The term gazumping comes to mind although I'm probably jumping at shadows here. I'm sure Trevor has a very tight reign on things as D/D has progressed. Let's wish him success as we will all be wealthier as a result.
