A lot of these buyers will simply apply for their $15000, and sell immediately on market for an approximate 20% low risk profit (assuming they get the $15k). I actually expect there will be so many doing this that the 20% profit could easily end as a 10%/5% profit and the post SPP share price will initially be below the current SP anyway. Hence I see selling large amounts as a sensible tactic as they can more than likely buy back at say a 10% discount to current SP from dumpers after the SPP.
Until the SPP is finished i see no reason why POH's Share price should rise? Anyone else? Equally, why would anyone buy a lot of POH on market at this time?
The only reason for a future qualification SPP date as far as i'm concerned is that they are simply not confident enough they would raise enough money otherwise and are maximising the potential applicants just in case.
