Im not an expert at all but to me from simply looking at the chart each fall actually seems to be higher than from where the rise started.
As i said im not very good at analysis but the trend almost seems slightly upwards over the last 3 months and if not pretty flat which in this market i think i would take.
I admit there are a few things that havent gone the way of MAk RP prices, water and things like that but with a modest increase in RP this could still do quite well i think
