Today's trading halt request

"The Directors of MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd request that the Company’s securities be placed in a voluntary trading halt immediately in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending a material announcement in relation to the potential acquisition of a licenced medicinal cannabis growing and genetics research company in Europe."

This is very, very exciting given the consideration that MXC already has a foothold in the Victorian market and this will potentially bypass the red tape of manufacturing here.
