Maybe JB, but there are many different ways to look at it.
For me, a long term holder, I cant get out without dropping the price a large amount and I would have to pay a sale fee to comsec.
If I wait for a take over and the aussie dollar drops further, I may be an Aussie 10 bux and not pay trading fees and get the full amount for all my stock.
There are many different personalities that make up the stock market and hence many different ways of peoples views and actions. What will be will be, I have been patient this long, I can wait.
I am hoping for a massive market meltdown after I get my money and then I will buy a grossly undervalued divvy payer and retire into bliss.
I guess other things that make people act differntly is the size of their holdings, their positions in life etc etc etc
