    Some sellers could have taken up rights and then sell equivilent number at same price then at least buy benifit, and capital is raised no skin off there nose, as big holders it is good for bounty. just a thought. also the MEO loss could have rebound effect ,with a positive result and some confidence restored it could be all in..
