The ratio should be 1 to 4

Assume PNA was $1 and OZL $2
after share consolidation
PNA is $5 and OZL is $20, a ratio of 1 to 4

Its ok guys PNA is a better growth company. don't feel to hurt pna is starting to get a little in front :-) hey at least I think EL won't fight me saying that. he may be the only one here tho LOL.
