No chance that ERM are currently holding 10%
Looking at the trade history since they hit 7% on 21/8/13 turnover has only equalled about 2.5% of shares on issue.
Also, once they increase their holdings by 1% or more they have about 3 days to lodge a change in substantial shareholding notice.
In the last 5 days trading turnover has only totalled about 0.15% of shares on issue so at most they have just under 8%
