Most will reasonably and softly obtain their 19.9%....keeps their outlay lower. Once they announce their intentions at that threshold....prices usually go vertical. Just have to watch over the next couple weeks...the clever ones will give it a rest for a day or two...and resume....No real pressure to go full throttle...not a lot going on with the company...just standard daily business - nothing to push the price up dramatically. Ball is in the buyer's court...and they can play it however they want.
