Appears someone is trying to slowly buy however at the same time as soon as we start to run out of sellers at 14.5 someone adds some more just to keep the price there. Maybe I am over thinking. This stock has so much going for it and so much upside, 2.5 times as many buyers than sellers but we can't get past 14.5
