I myself, don't know unequivocably if the ERM transaction would have to be signed
off before RI could be proceeded with......However I would be well and truly amazed
if the DMP voiced any disapproval of the deal, in fact I don't see how they could....
It is basically just a change of ownership only, with the major holder taking over the
holding of a minor partner who wants out......Paperwork problem more than likely
and probably why we have a new company secretary......
