I rarely cry foul over capping etc. but this is clear as day, I think quite a few have been caught off guard and unsatisfied with how much they were able to accumulate at sub 22 cents, but anything in the 20s has always been and still remains dirt cheap. Few more announcements with implications on revenue and the old view that anything under 50 is good value will ring true again I feel.

Always believed that there was nothing wrong with SYR's valuations and that it was markets view on TON that was misguided, we may not catch them any time quick but we no doubt deserve our seat at the table back.
