Only 2 on 1000 installs have a negative review... so not a big problem IMO... many other competitor have similar 4 star rating ie Skype Viber etc... what is annoying is that it seems its always shows the bad reviews which are posted on the download page give there 5 x as many good review you would expect to see more +ives ones come up.
But still very few if any about the App itself once its up and running so I conclude its working well
