Doesn't really matter what it is it will get swallowed if not pulled would need to be much bigger to "scare buyers away" this close to launch .. ie 500 -1000k shares ...and only the top 20 are likely to have that kind of grunt... If it were me i'd pull it and put it higher as market has high prob of driving up north strongly in the next few days. So yes prob a novice.
