I am in agreement to your post, especially now that the EGM is approaching in just over a week I think we may see a push towards 3c and perhaps a breakout thereafter upon some news or update.
It is in my opinion that the brokers and big boys haven't bought yet until there is more clarity given from the EGM, although to me it seems it will be a given, to pass all resolutions and voting in of Morabisi project
