Pure TA doesn't care about a cap raise (or any news for that matter) - only price, volume, spread etc...
For example - From a TA view point if this were to gap up above 10c (obviously on good news) - TA would see this as bullish demand by the pro's as it's gapped up above a known supply zone... ie higher prices to follow...
