CGM hasn't made a Separate or "New" ASX ANN on either Graphite or Lithium for many months!
Same time, DNI has been raising millions, made 100% acquisition of new Graphite Project, one that's adjacent to DNI-CGM Existing Graphite Project where drilling is/should be completed, building a pilot plant, employing new executives.
Why for CGM?
Well, 2 distinct possibilities:
1. Very "Bad" news theory? Possible drill results are a "dud", but highly unlikely given DNI's action. Also, CGM recently appoint its "Madagascar Man" on the spot to oversea developments.

2. Very "Excellent" news theory? Drill Results leading to NI 43-101 Report backing-up like a proverbial avalanche.
Now what's more for CGM? Well, it's "guesstimate" time:
(a) For Graphite: apart from plethora of Dill Results plus NI 43-101 Report, will CGM be invited to 50:50 JV with DNI on DNI's new Graphite Leases?
In addition, expect several ANN's re (a) Pilot Plant developments; (b)2018 Plans For Production; (c) Strategic Sales Agreements.
(b) For Lithium: given very positive results released so far, implementation of major next steps; acquisition and settlement of Deal.
All up: IMO, CGM offers exciting times for balance of 2017...and for 2018.
