Hi usc75. I appreciate your concern, but without further verifiable information we can only speculate and I for one believe that yes, the plague may have certainly affected operations in the area given that CGM's recent announcements mentioning circumstances beyond their means for holding up the campaign. If you have concrete information to prove otherwise I'd be very open to hearing it.
