    unfortunately only in German,

    China wanted to LYC more than 50%, the government
    rejected.
    According to the government, it should be a 15% scheme
    . introduce
    China owns 19% of Gxy.
    I assume this is probably the reason.
    Sorry my English is not so good in German.
