If we disect this sentence,
"pinpoint dull yellow fluorescence" = gas or condensate at a medium/high intensity.
"oil stains in the (water based) drilling mud showing bright yellow fluorescence" = not a heavy oil, ie light oil(so easier to move).
It appears, we have either gas and oil or all three at what appears to be of good quality.
