Hi Pennynut,

(bit slow with my posting at the moment, I was on the phone and no not to EPE).

I'm glad all you guys appreciate it, if I could give you more I would.

I asked Warren about why he had not sold any shares? he said, He plans on being long and he wants the company to grow, he also said, we are confident about it and plan on joining the bigger Oilers soon.

I spoken to him many times and he does not strike me as a guy whos out to rip, mislead or out to make a quick buck. I can't honestly say this guy has a passion for what he does and has big plans for EPE and sincerely believes will reach these goals.

I have spoken to many directors in the past and you can easily tell which ones are the pompus rich ass holes out for your money and the other guys who are really trying to make a difference.
