Valuation
We have set our target price at A$3.20/share derived from a 50/50 weighting of
NPV with zero premium, and PE multiple. Our PDN valuation (NPV) of
A$4.10/share is based on DCF analysis using a 7.8% real, after tax, unlevered
discount rate using a beta of 1.1, long term U3O8 price of US$25/lb, and a long
term A$/US$ exchange rate of US80¢, in addition to market value of
investments in listed companies and multiples applied to resources in
exploration projects . A low PE multiple of 10x reflects a general trough
commodity price cycle environment.
