Hi Meph, my thinking is similar to yours and I am confident that the deal will go through, partly because, as you note, Entree's announcements are very bullish on the deal. However, the other simple fact is that the price being offered is 50% higher than the current SP, a premium that would have to carry weight with most holders. The only reasons I perceive as likely to prevent the deal going through would be some regulatory issue (nothing has been flagged to date, or another player offering more or wanting to split off one of PMH's resources e.g. the Germanium - which we are all still hoping for I imagine.
