What would moving to over 50% get them that they don't already...

    What would moving to over 50% get them that they don't already have? As I understand it once you hold over 20% any acquisition of 3% in under a 6 month period means you would be require to make an offer to the other holders.

    Over the last 2 years QVT have gone from 45% to about 35% haven't they? Seems a funny way to go about a takeover.
