    What terms of agreement would one expect....

    The sale of the BOUGOUNI LITHIUM PROJECT only

    A one up payment of $400,000 U.S.

    A 10% royalty on all lithium at the Bougouni project

    An agreement that all future lithium finds can be processed at the BOUGOUNI plant

    Any thoughts ....
