Frustrating isn't it here we have an AGM whereby EGO are fully aware of the results of voting (Monday 25th) for the 3 resolutions and also fully aware of voting in regards to 5 resolutions at the EGM.

The shareholders have voted in the DARK.

With the power of all that information EGO will ensure you are told only that of which they have to inform you. It is all on need to know basis ask all you like you won't get a peep if they don't have to.

At the EGM voting results are first and only thing on agenda, then after that the chairman should close the meeting. The results will determine if there is further info or announcements are to be made and any further discussion to be allowed.
