    wescott once a JV is set up, that'll be the business, any future tenements picked up in the region will be picked up by the JV, thats how businesses like this work. SDL will not go around picking up 100% ownership in other tenements in the direct region then try and run the ore down the JVs rail line, that is just ridiculous, for one the JV would need to charge SDL a fee or the JV would need to own a percentage of SDLs tenements otherwise it wouldn't grant access to the infrastructure. If you think otherwise i believe you're mistaken, there is no way SDL will operate a 100% owned iron ore operation side by side with a 40% owned JV. The JV partner wont stand by and watch SDL slide 100% owned iron ore down the infrastructure, it would be in the JVs interests to extract the best possible deal for the JV, dealing with SDL would be much the same as dealing with other operators in the region.
