If the Board wasn't so concerned about loosing their seats, CP wouldn't have achieved anything.
Look at what happened with Gina R. and then tell me. She had close to a controlling stake in Fairfax (FXJ), and she didn't get her seat on the Board when she demanded it.
There is a clear difference, when one Board is fighting for survival (CTP), and another that it is not (FXJ).
Very clear mate.
