The SP stayed relatively static for the following reasons:
-No numbers were released with respect to these discoveries, so the market cannot quantify its risk/reward analysis

-day traders are attracted to stocks that are dirt cheap so they can buy vast quantities, and where the trading volumes mean they can dump viable parcels at tenth of a cent margins. AKK was the best candidate for this yesterday on the day of the release.

Your assumption about the SP being multiples of its present value in 2 years time is of course true. Of more importance to those currently interested in the stock however, is the fact that doubling or trebbling your money by Xmas is in my view a foregone conclusion. Not many stocks in the current market carry this level of certainty. Anything beyond this would be a bonus, yet one that might well eventuate.

IMHO no other O&G on the ASX can touch this one right now at these prices.
