Need to add here, that we are much closer to the Florence oil feild...so look that up.
It is the 2nd oldest oil field in the US.

We are West of here, and directly South of Wattenburg lower extension.

Its pretty exciting to have the results they got in this area, as it is not as explored for horizontals as the Nth, NW and NE of Wattenburg.

Yet we have got some of the best initial readings of wells that surround this area.

Just remember we'll know the result of the 2nd horizontal before the 1st one, as they are drilling it as a straight horizontal into the productive formation they hit drilling the vertical section of the 1st.

IP rates will be highly anticipated, but the 30 day rate more important for the decline rate (curve) which companies are getting better at with new completion techniques as they learn best methods in Colorado.
