Thanks for this explanation, though it does not make sense to me.

Whenever I place an order, by the time I read the message saying your order has been submitted, please look at open orders to check the status, then click on open orders it has been processed.

Surely they don't need ten minutes to complete the orders.

If an order does not complete by 4.01pm then surely it just hangs over till the next day.
