Todd gets nod for Flinders deal, page-115

The market has valued this offer at 1.5-1.8c. Even at 2.5c which AO thinks it might be worth the majority of shareholders including the top 20 will still be in the red. Why would they vote for this offer to go through. On the other side of the coin if the no vote gets up and Todd walks away, which I honestly believe he won't, the share price will fall back below 1c, so I can totally understand why ssv and any other shareholders in the black at these prices, would vote yes. I for one think it's worth the punt and I'm sure the majority that are in the red would do the same.
