I tend agree with you except for one small item. Those 40 old MOU's provide information, addresses, contact names and numbers etc. that may well be useful to revisit 40 potential competing offers to the existing one. Nothing may come of it but from past experience pulling that type of contact list together is not a simple exercise, especially up in Asia. Given the work RTA has done with consents and approvals etc. that list might become very valuable and worth more now than they it in the past. As does the past relationship with Brockman.

Just hope the FMS Board know what to do with the information they have and use it effectively and with the right timing. A tripatite J/V may well be in the offing if they know how to pull one together.

Again the FMS Board needs help from the right specialists...
