With this Alliance Agreement does anyone know if by the nature of this type of agreement does this prohibit others from attempting a buyout of FMS or other parties (i.e. if Aurizon appeared on the landscape) entering into a rail agreement.
With FMS been the foundation customer (and subsiding their start up) then RTA/Todd must have something binding so we don't skip off if a better offer appears either buyout, JV, rail etc. There must be precedents of this happening hence this may explain the SP at the moment.
