Very interesting. There must be a good reason. My opinion of possible happenings:
1. News on the remaining titanium offtake (might have occurred much sooner than anticipated), which would take full priority over the spin off.
2. As others have mentioned, another party may be interested in buying or partnering for a TRR project. Or:
3. PB thought we were in September alreadyand thus there is plenty of time to send the notice!!
