Interesting, no reply to my question to SSV135
I did speak to Duncan Gordon - Investor Relations for FMS - prior to the Information Briefings and he kept telling me how great the deal was and how great the board were but when I told him that any number of companies would buy the PIOP with this same ridiculous option agreement he diverted the conversation and wouldn't answer.
The Deal is shocking! Vote No!! IMO DYOR this is not financial advice
