Apparently growers compromise has been reached which is due to decided by the court this month with returns due early Feb.


Expecting something like $23M available for distribution to TODHA debenture holders.

And with 567,000 TODHA bonds on file, this equates to about $40 per bond.

Took best part of 5 years but looking good... finally!
