IMHO the sp has recovered to levels seen before the major QLD floods and the ensuing announcements of non-performing loans.
They have been sorting through those issues so perhaps the market thinks the worst is behind them and with other regional banks and major banks reporting encouraging results perhaps the market thinks BOQ will do the same.
There has been talk in the past that BOQ should merge with another regional bank.
IMHO the sp has recovered to levels seen before the major QLD...
