I can't see the WA labor party knocking these sites on the head. If the site is approved by the current governing party and Labor come along and try to close them down then the litigation would be astronomical. Also Toro will be up and running by 2012 so they would have to have all permits in place long before that and also because they are relatively new company they would have compensation clauses written in to everything.
