I dont think anyone/thing is going to hold back the share.
It may simply be sweaty task of observing (like right now) how much of an instant profit you will make when you get your $5000 worth of SPP shares.
I am thinking straight from the ann text was i consider this notion: That the loyal shareholders, who have held between this announncement and the 26th, who have not sold, will be given some sort of extra consideration it would seem - and this point may keep many sellers off the floor for a month.
