I dont know if you read the notice, one patent infringement claim has been withdrawn, the other is still to be addressed.
I think the second infringement claim is more significant than the first one, but you should check it out for yourself.
Again i warn against falling in love with stocks, it makes people do silly things like not read announcements properly!!
