Exactly, it looks like toe made the right decision in not spending money on development related activities while the U prices were too low. Now they are rising it creates a completely different situation. Now is the time to be getting prepared for mining, $100usd spot is not too far away imo. Ukraine/Russia conflict is only accelerating now, Russia have announced their troops have had rest following the first wave of attack to Kiev and now they are about to begin their next offensive within a couple of days.
