When it 4%, they had 205M or 217M shares (can't remember for sure).
As for WA Gov nothing is set in concrete ( concrete gets cracks as well). Political views and decisions change (i remember not long ago the FED GOV allocated fund to WA from the GST that NSW contributed so it may well be a directive of the FED GOV to allow Uranium. Dunno just saying that the buck does not stop with state GOV.
Just waiting for someone in FED GOV to visit US and deals will be done. The US has more say in Uranium than the WA GOV.
I think you know that we know what the approval state is right now so all good.
